Steve has a Ph.D. in organizational psychology and spent 16 years as the head of leadership development at three Fortune 500 companies. He is the author of Bootstrap Leadership: 50 Ways to Break Out, Take Charge, and Move Up (Berrett-Koehler, 2010), and writes a national leadership column at Examiner.com.
